European Playoffs Confirmed

Caernarfon top seeds heading into post-season

The details for the 2018/19 JD Welsh Premier League European Playoffs were confirmed on Friday evening in dramatic circumstances.

Kayne McLaggon's 96th minute penalty for Barry against Newtown was the difference, as it meant that the Robins' goal difference dropped them back down into fifth, behind Caernarfon.

The Cofis therefore have home advantage throughout the post-season, and will host Cardiff Met at the Oval on Saturday 11 May at 19:30 in the second of the semi-finals, with the match being shown live on S4C.

Newtown will host Bala in the first match at Latham Park the previous evening at 19:45, with the match being streamed live on Sgorio's Facebook and YouTube channels.

The highest ranked semi-final winner will host the Final on Sunday 19 May at 17:15, with the game again being shown live on S4C.
